Managing Attorney

Luciane M. Tavares primary focus is immigration law. As the managing attorney, she has been the driving force behind American Immigration Associates, LLC. She is highly regarded in the legal community and is often tapped to present at seminars on immigration law. She has been featured as the guest speaker at several events. She has provided many documentary interviews and articles for major outlet media in the United States and foreign countries, focusing on ways to live, work and study in the United States. Tavares graduated law school with honors in Litigation and Child & Family Law from Barry School of Law. She has taken many post-graduate courses at Harvard University and is pursuing a master's degree in Finance from Columbia University.
